After reading and falling in love with *CountANDRA's Decembersville I had to draw some fanart of my favorite character, insane mayor Chimabell von Pyre _{Just like everybody else}

Because anyone who has known me for any length of time knows how fantastic my taste in fantasy men is.

Anywhoooooo~ The lights are all green 'cause the von Pyres can't stand light, and required the entire city to change to duller, green, candle light when they came into power. Also I drew the cityscape from memory, so.... Might be some stuff wrong with it. Sorry. ):
