Oh, thank you very much! 8D
Well, to start, I always do a thumbnail of the page in my sketchbook, to get how I want to lay out the characters and such, and to get the gestures right. From there I get a piece of printer paper and loosely put the lines of the panels in, and then sketch out the characters pretty roughly. I then scan the page, take it into Photoshop, and make nice clean panel borders and speech bubbles/text. Then I move it again into Paint Tool SAI where I add colors and backgrounds, and voila! New comic page.
